IntaCapital Swiss absorbs the cost of initial due diligence and compliance, ensuring there are no upfront charges for brokers or clients. We provide comprehensive Term Sheets at no cost, allowing clients to review full terms without any financial commitment.

Only after terms have been accepted does the client need to issue a payment guarantee, security deposit, or escrow to cover the costs of establishing the facility. This process ensures that clients remain in control, with no obligation to proceed until they are fully satisfied with the terms.

Facility costs are tailored to the type and size of the transaction, with a minimum entry point of €10 million. We encourage brokers to introduce clients with established budgets to ensure smooth processing and eligibility. Clients unwilling to open Swiss bank facilities or lacking sufficient solvency may not qualify for credit facilities.
