High-Value Business Loans & Structured Funding

Commercial funding for established businesses, start-ups, projects and newly formed SPVs

IntaCapital Swiss is a Swiss-based specialist finance and capital-advisory firm that provides and arranges high-value loans and bespoke funding solutions for established companies, entrepreneurs, project sponsors, start-ups and seed-stage ventures, and newly incorporated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Our funding options include Commercial Loans, Term Loans, Short-Term Bridging Finance, High-Value Loans and structured funding facilities created for individual transactions.

Our central objective is simple: to find an appropriate way to fund a commercially viable business or project.

Who Is IntaCapital Swiss?

IntaCapital Swiss specialises in high-value corporate lending, alternative business finance and structured-capital solutions.

Many applicants simply require a straightforward facility, such as:

  • Commercial Loan
  • Business Loan
  • Term Loan
  • Short-Term Bridging Loan
  • Acquisition Loan
  • Project Finance facility
  • High-Value Corporate Loan

More complex structures may be needed when a major project is being developed, the borrower is newly established, conventional collateral is unavailable, or the required amount exceeds a traditional lender’s capacity or appetite.

Who Can Apply?

Established companies

We can consider funding for expansion, acquisitions, refinancing, property, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, international trade, development, working capital and major contracts.

Start-ups

Being a start-up does not automatically prevent an applicant from obtaining funding. The assessment may consider the business plan, the founders’ experience, projected revenue, existing or prospective contracts, assets and intellectual property, investors and sponsors, the market opportunity, the proposed use of funds and the overall commercial credibility of the proposal.

Seed capital and early-stage projects

Credible seed-stage requirements may be considered, but not every business idea will qualify. Experienced principals, a substantial commercial opportunity, a strong business plan, clear financial forecasts and a credible value-creation strategy are all important.

Newly established SPVs

A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is a company created for a defined purpose — for example to acquire a business or asset, own or undertake a development, deliver an infrastructure project, hold intellectual property, construct property, raise investment capital or separate a project from an existing corporate group.

The absence of trading history does not automatically prevent funding. The assessment instead considers the underlying transaction, the principals, supporting organisations, the business plan, the proposed assets and the commercial viability of the project.

What Type of Funding Does IntaCapital Provide?

Our solutions range from conventional commercial lending to sophisticated capital-market structures.

Commercial Loans

Commercial loans can fund business expansion, investment, acquisitions, refinancing, equipment, property, projects, working capital and other defined commercial requirements.

Term Loans

Capital is provided for an agreed period and repaid under agreed commercial terms. Possible uses include acquisitions, expansion, project development and substantial investment.

Short-Term Bridging Finance

Bridging finance provides temporary capital until a defined repayment or refinancing event. Potential uses include completing an acquisition, purchasing an asset, refinancing borrowing, completing a development, waiting for longer-term funding, restructuring a transaction or providing temporary project capital. The exit or repayment strategy is critical.

High-Value Loans

These facilities support substantial business and project requirements that may fall outside conventional bank criteria because of their size, complexity, jurisdiction, corporate structure, collateral requirements or project-based nature.

When a Normal Loan Is Not Enough

Some transactions require a funding structure to be created rather than simply placed into a conventional loan product.

Debt Securities

Debt Securities may support funding and collateral structures. Where appropriate, securities with recognised identifiers such as an ISIN can integrate with modern banking, custody and settlement systems.

Collateral Transfer

Qualifying financial collateral may be introduced to support a lending facility when a commercially viable borrower or project does not own sufficient conventional assets.

Credit Linked Notes

A Credit Linked Note (CLN) is a structured financial security that may form part of a capital-raising strategy for suitable companies and projects.

Actively Managed Certificates

An Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) can package an asset, portfolio or investment strategy into a structured financial instrument for professional or institutional investors.

Tracker Linked Notes

A Tracker Linked Note (TLN) tracks an underlying asset, investment, index or commercial strategy and can turn an underlying opportunity into an investable financial instrument.

Capital Advisory

Our advisory work may include analysing the funding requirement, reviewing the business plan, assessing the transaction and available assets, considering collateral options, identifying suitable funding structures, designing securities-based solutions, coordinating financial and professional counterparties, and preparing the transaction for presentation to capital providers.

You explain what you need to achieve. We consider how the capital can be structured.

You Do Not Need to Own Traditional Collateral

If an applicant does not own property or conventional assets, the assessment does not necessarily end there.

IntaCapital may take a broader view of the company, the project, the principals, the commercial opportunity, the proposed use of funds, available assets, projected cash flow, potential security, the exit strategy and whether an alternative funding structure can be created.

Every application is assessed individually and no outcome is guaranteed.

What Will We Need From You?

Business or project information

Explain what the business does, what is being developed, how much funding is required, why the money is needed and what the funding will achieve.

Business plan

For start-ups, seed projects and SPVs, we will ask for details of the commercial opportunity, the market, the management team, the business model, expected revenue, funding requirements and expenditure, financial forecasts and how the project will generate sufficient value.

Financial information

Established companies will normally provide available accounts and financial information. New companies and SPVs may provide forecasts, budgets, asset information, investment commitments and other supporting evidence.

The people behind the transaction

A newly incorporated company may have no operating history, but its principals do. Their experience, background and financial standing may therefore be important.

KYC and AML

Applicants must cooperate with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. IntaCapital will need to identify the company, its directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners.

What IntaCapital Is Not

Not a retail lender

We do not provide personal loans, credit cards or consumer finance.

Not a grant provider

Funding is commercial and requires a genuine commercial purpose and a credible method of supporting repayment or investment returns.

Not a small online-loan provider

Our service is intended for larger funding requirements requiring individual assessment and structuring.

Not a supplier of speculative leased Bank Guarantees

Traditional cross-border Bank Guarantee structures can face significant custody, acceptance, KYC, AML, sanctions, counterparty and issuing-bank verification difficulties. IntaCapital increasingly focuses on modern securities-based structures where appropriate.

New Company? That Is Not Necessarily a Problem

Applications are assessed on their commercial substance rather than company age alone. The questions that matter are:

  • Who is behind the company?
  • What experience do they have?
  • What is being funded?
  • How much capital is required?
  • Is the business plan credible?
  • What assets or rights will the company own?
  • What contracts or opportunities exist?
  • How will the funding create value?
  • How will the financial obligations be met?
A Simpler Route to Complex Funding

You do not need to select a financial structure before making contact. You only need to explain what you want to fund, how much capital you need, what the money will be used for, who is behind the transaction and how the business or project will generate revenue or value.

The outcome could be a Commercial Loan, Term Loan, Bridging Finance, a High-Value Loan or a more sophisticated structured-finance solution.

Is IntaCapital Suitable for You?

IntaCapital may be suitable for established businesses, start-ups, seed-stage companies, entrepreneurs, project sponsors, developers, SPVs, asset owners, investment groups and sophisticated corporate principals.

Applicants must be willing to:

  • Explain the requirement clearly
  • Supply a credible business plan
  • Identify the parties behind the transaction
  • Provide suitable financial information
  • Demonstrate the proposed use of funds
  • Demonstrate affordability or commercial viability
  • Complete KYC, AML and compliance checks
